Jeff Isham, COO
Jeff Isham is the Chief Operating Officer at B Squared Excavating, LLC, and serves on its board of directors. Jeff has been a lineman for a local power company for the past 16 years. Seven years ago, he bought his first piece of equipment to start doing dirt work, and it has continued to grow over the past several years. Jeff had always dreamed of running a company, caring for the public's needs, and meeting people. Jeff and his wife, Brandi, have resided in Hunt County. They have three boys who are heavily involved in sports. Their hobbies generally include jumping from baseball to football fields and doing anything outdoors they want to do!
Trey Bennett, CEO
Trey Bennett is the CEO of B Squared Excavating, LLC, and serves on its board of directors. Before being named CEO in July 2023, Trey was 360 Tire Recycling Group, LLC's Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for all the company's worldwide sales and operations, including end-to-end management of 360's supply chain, sales activities, and service and support in all markets and countries. He also headed Centex-360's granulated rubber division and played a key role in the continued development of strategic sales channels and supplier relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding rubber marketplace. Before starting 360 Tire Recycling Group, Trey was CEO of Texas Casing Supply, LLC, responsible for procuring, managing, and selling all of TCS's product inventory. Before his work at TCS, Trey was the regional sales manager for Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., where he led sales efforts & distribution functions for some of Cooper's North American territory. Trey is an accomplished pilot, Ironman, and loves to spend time with his wife, family, and horses.
Scott Schranck, CFO
Scott Schranck is the CFO of B Squared Excavating, LLC, and serves on its board of directors. Before the CFO position with B Squared Excavating, LLC, Scott was 360 Tire Recycling Group, LLC's, and 360-Centex Rubber Products, LLC's Chief Operations Officer responsible for all the company's operations. Before the partnership with Trey Bennett in 360 Tire Recycling Group LLC, Scott was Region Operations Manager for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and was responsible for regional operations covering 42 Goodyear Locations in 5 States. Scott loves traveling with his wife, Kelly, and spending time with family.
